This app enables your drivers to easily access all active and completed job assignments, create new tickets, and attach photo and video files to ticket details. Our app seamlessly integrates with the devices built-in GPS capabilities, allowing managers and dispatchers to send routes to drivers via the app, as well as allowing drivers to set their pick-up and drop locations from their current location. Drivers can then track the status of a job, record their odometer readings, and quickly provide customers with price quotes.
All ticket creation information, details, and uploaded files from the TOW123 mobile app are instantly synchronized within your account and should immediately reflect within the desktop view of the program.*
